Activating Sunflower Pumpkin Seed Mylk – Low Glycemic


The Star Elders are encouraging us to Activate Our Destinies more powerfully by adding more organic, raw vegan foods to our diets. Raw "Pepitas" ~ Pumpkin Seeds

with Kava, Cacao & Cinnamon
(Low Glycemic)


1 cup Organic Raw, Hulled (no hull) Sunflower Seeds, soaked

1 cup Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds, soaked

1 tsp. Organic Cinnamon

2 tsp. Organic Cacao or Chocolate Powder (optional)

Several squirts Liquid Vanilla Stevia* (to taste)

6 cups Yogi Tea’s Kava & Skin Detox Brewed Tea (or your other favorite tea) – Cold
(You may also substitute fresh, purified or spring water for the tea)

* This recipe is Low Glycemic because we are using Stevia to sweeten it. I am finding the benefit of reducing or eliminating sugars from my diet at this time ~ low gylcemic lifestyle seems to work better for my bod. This may not work for everyone ~ so feel free to substitute your favorite healthy raw sweetener for the stevia if you like!


Raw Sunflower Seeds


1. Brew tea and chill.
2. Strain soak water off the seeds.
3. Place soaked seeds and chilled tea into a blender.
4. Strain off Seed Mylk liquid into a bowl using a Nut Mylk Straining Bag.
5. Return the liquid to the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
6. Blend until well combined.
